Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays.  Please allow 2-3 days for processing non-personalized orders. Personalized stationery orders will ship 1-2 weeks after proofs are approved for personalized stationery. All orders are shipped from Palo Alto, CA.

Please also note that in the interest of reducing our carbon footprint, greeting card and boxed stationery orders purchased at the same time as personalized stationery will ship in one order. Should you need your non-personalized items sooner, please contact fp@festapaper.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
