Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact hello@festapaper.com. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
